I decided to stay back this morning as my daughter Nona joined her son Garrett at the Cascades Golf Course on day 3 of his VGA Golf Tour.
Yesterday was quite trying with the heat and walking eighteen (18) holes as a spectator. I am still a bit weak. I am resting for the Falls Course tomorrow. It was the Falls Course that Garrett had set a course record last year, that has yet to be challenged.
He is trying very hard and the difference yesterday was his putting. “Wobbling” at the top of the cup and rolling away in the end.
I needed a day to myself as I immerse into a world where no one knows me. I actually enjoy that experience. Watching people preform as they do, is very entertaining to me.
Just buy a coffee and a donut, with a hole right through it, and the scene is a kaleidoscope of life in action.
